Tâches :

En tant que stagiaire, vous recevrez tout d’abord une solide formation. Sous la supervision du responsable de stage, vos principales tâches seront les suivantes :

  • Exploiter les outils modernes de recrutements : réseaux sociaux, bases de données, approche directe, cooptation, etc.
  • Rédiger et publier des annonces sur les sites Internet.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Micro-Motors - Louvain–la-Neuve

MIRMEX is a UCL spin-off company active in the 1B$ high-performance micro-motor market. The revolutionary patented technology of MIRMEX substantially improves the power/torque density of micro-motors, leading to higher power, lower size or lower working temperature. MirMex initially targets the following markets: medical devices, power tools, industrial automation and robotics.

MirMex competitors are Swiss, German, Japanese and US companies, as well as insourced operations (esp. in medical devices).

MirMex is entering its first industrialization and commercialization phase. A first pilot production machine is already operational, where a dozen of mini-motors have already been manufactured. Full qualification tests are ongoing. First commercial leads have been developed.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Main responsibilities:

After the successful closing of the 1 st financing round, your main objective as a CEO is to help MirMex grow and become one of the top players in this market.

This includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

Operations & Sales :

  • Industrialize the production process to deliver market-leading quality products.
  • Implement sourcing strategies and purchasing processes.
  • Propose and implement a market segmentation and go-to- market strategy.
  • Create a diversified portfolio of innovative products with the R&D team.

Senior Process Development Manager

Responsabilités :

En tant que Senior Process Development Expert, vous dirigez les projets de développement de process, scaling-up, tech transfert et amélioration technologique continue jusqu’à la mise en production. Rapportant au Head of Production, vous êtes l’expert dans les technologies et les développements liés aux therapies cellulaires.

Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Développer et fiabiliser les procédés de fabrication from scratch ou à partir des procédés existants: scaling-up, technology transfert, implémentation des normes GMP, etc.
  • Identifier, évaluer et implémenter de nouvelles technologies pour améliorer la qualité des produits.
  • Implémenter une méthodologie Quality by Design (QdB) et appliquer le Design of Experiments (DoE) dans les développements.
  • Former les utilisateurs, en interne ou sur site, afin d’assurer la bonne utilisation des technologies.
  • Evaluer les besoins en équipements, établir des URS et sélectionner les fournisseurs.
  • Réaliser une veille technologique sur le marché afin de maintenir votre niveau d’expertise à jour.
  • Assister l’équipe commerciale sur les discussion techniques avec les clients potentiels.
  • Rapporter de manière structurée, rigoureuse et adaptée les résultats des activités.
Profil :
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master en Biologie, Biotechnologie, ou équivalent par expérience.
  • Vous avez 5 années d’expérience en manufacturing process development en thérapie cellulaire.

Responsibilities

We are seeking for a highly motivated and skilled Research Assistant to support the identification, validation of novel targets, and the evaluation of lead small molecules or biologics for cancer immune therapies.

Senior R&D Leader

Responsibilities :

Reporting directly to the CEO and member of the Executive Committee, you are the R&D Leader who lead the company’s innovative products pipeline from concept to clinical stage and managing its fast-growing R&D team.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • You develop the product pipeline fulfilling with CE regulations (ISO 13485) according to strategic plan, timeline and allocated budget.
  • You lead the strategic R&D plans to deliver high quality outcomes in a timely manner.
