Stagiaire en Recrutement

Tâches :

En tant que stagiaire, vous recevrez tout d’abord une solide formation. Sous la supervision du responsable de stage, vos principales tâches seront les suivantes :

  • Exploiter les outils modernes de recrutements : réseaux sociaux, bases de données, approche directe, cooptation, etc.
  • Rédiger et publier des annonces sur les sites Internet.

MIRMEX is a UCL spin-off company active in the 1B$ high-performance micro-motor market. The revolutionary patented technology of MIRMEX substantially improves the power/torque density of micro-motors, leading to higher power, lower size or lower working temperature. MirMex initially targets the following markets: medical devices, power tools, industrial automation and robotics.

MirMex competitors are Swiss, German, Japanese and US companies, as well as insourced operations (esp. in medical devices).

Senior Process Development Manager

Responsabilités :

En tant que Senior Process Development Expert, vous dirigez les projets de développement de process, scaling-up, tech transfert et amélioration technologique continue jusqu’à la mise en production. Rapportant au Head of Production, vous êtes l’expert dans les technologies et les développements liés aux therapies cellulaires.

Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Développer et fiabiliser les procédés de fabrication from scratch ou à partir des procédés existants: scaling-up, technology transfert, implémentation des normes GMP, etc.
  • Identifier, évaluer et implémenter de nouvelles technologies pour améliorer la qualité des produits.
  • Implémenter une méthodologie Quality by Design (QdB) et appliquer le Design of Experiments (DoE) dans les développements.

L’ADN de l’incubateur est fait de 4 éléments de base : un réseau de VCs spécialisés dans le tour d’amorçage, un réseau d’experts, une infrastructure d’hébergement et une équipe de Program Managers pour faire fonctionner la machine. Ses liens privilégiés avec les universités, l’Invest local et les VCs lui garantissent un flux continu de projets de startups, spin-offs universitaires et autres spin-out industrielles, à la fois belges et internationales.

Le support de l’I-Tech Incubator est de type business development 360° et s’adresse aux startups basées sur de la R&D et de l’innovation académique ou industrielle dans le secteur des sciences de la vie et des sciences de l’ingénieur. Cet accompagnement couvre la preuve de concept, la propriété intellectuelle, le marché, le business model, le financement, l’équipe & le réseau de sous-traitants et le règlementaire, avec une pondération variable en fonction des besoins de chaque projet.

Program Manager – Technology Start-up Incubation

Responsabilités :

En tant que Program Manager, votre rôle consiste à conduire les startups au travers du programme d’accélération ainsi qu’à contribuer à la valeur-ajoutée de celui-ci. Vous rejoignez une petite équipe de 5 personnes qui dépend directement du CEO.

Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:

  • Accueillir les startups, organiser les kick-off meetings, rapporter la synthèse au comité de sélection.
  • Rédiger les propositions de contenu du programme et faire signer les conventions d’incubation.
  • Mobiliser les experts les plus adéquats et faciliter les interactions avec les porteurs de projets.
  • Identifier les financements intermédiaires.
  • Assurer la cohérence globale des programmes en intégrant les key learnings, en stimulant les porteurs à réajuster le positionnement de leur projet et en mobilisant de nouvelles expertises.
  • Influencer la réalisation du non-confidential summary, du business plan et du slide deck pour le lancement de la levée de fonds.

  • Vous disposez d’un Master d’ingénieur ou en sciences.
  • Vous avez plus de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de l’innovation/business development en consultance/industrie/sciences de l’ingénieur.
  • Disposer d’une expérience en matière de création de startups technologiques (e.a. business model et business plan) et/ou en financement de l’innovation et des startups est un plus.
  • Vous communiquez aisément en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

We are seeking for a highly motivated and skilled Research Assistant to support the identification, validation of novel targets, and the evaluation of lead small molecules or biologics for cancer immune therapies.
