In order to support Spike’s expansion, we’re actively looking for an (m/f): Account Manager – Marketing & Communication.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you are in charge of the account management of one of their biggest clients.
Your main responsibilities:
- Throughout the whole project life cycle, you will be the contact between Spike and the client.
- You help them with strategic and creative directions, supported by the team.
- From briefing to delivery, you will manage various online and offline projects, including budget and planning.
- You will guarantee the clients’satisfaction by ensuring the quality, the timeline and the budget.
- You update on project progress on a regular basis.
Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in account management of retail brands.
- Experience in public procurement or tendering is a real plus.
- Excellent human contact and ability to handle clients professionally and earn their trust quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and close attention to details.
- Proactive, can-do attitude, and a sense of priorities.
- Fluent in French and Dutch, and good level of English. Good writing/proofreading skills is a big advantage.
