To ensure the growth of SamanTree Medical headquarters located in Liège, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer (M/F).
Responsabilities
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Field Service Engineer is part of the Operations team. In this role, you will conduct service & maintenance activities and will support logistics.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Perform the Quality Control, installation, service, and repair activities primarily in Europe.
- Organize and perform the service and routine testing activities.
- Continuously review and propose improvements.
- Ensure the safety, compliance, performance, and business processes are respected.
- Organize and support logistic activities (e.g. shipments, returns).
- Generate and review quality and technical related documents in English.
- Ensure test equipment is maintained, calibrated and where required validated.
- Identify and submit non compliances for approval and take appropriate actions.
Profile
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in electronics or equivalent through experience.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a service and maintenance role in a highly controlled environment such as medtech, aviation, aerospace, automotive, etc.
- You have mechatronics technical hands-on skills.
- You are organized, self-driven, and autonomous.
- You are team-oriented, agile, solutions- and customer-oriented.
- You have strong attention to detail and respect regulatory obligations.
- You fluently communicate in English. French or any other language is a plus.
- You are ready to travel, possess a driving license, and hold a valid EU work permit.
