Finance & Administration Director

Working closely with the CEO and as part of the COMEX, you are in charge of coordinating all financial, human resources, legislative and administrative activities.

Your main responsibilities are:
  • You lead financial activities: accountancy, cash management, reporting to investors and management control.
  • You lead the strategy in non-dilutive financing and manage reporting of current grants.
  • You are in charge of human resources management: recruitment, soft and hard HR, in line with the strategic development of the company.
  • You manage internal administrative team and external providers to align resources requirements to the global strategy.
  • You oversee legal matters in coordination with external lawyer firm.
  • You are part of the COMEX, you offer help and advice on all of the projects and strategic questions, and report to the Board of Directors on the financial strategic development.
Profile:
  • You have a financial or scientific background.
  • You have at least 10 years of international experience in the biotech sector. Experience in food supplements/Nutrition is a strong asset.
  • You have experience and expertise in Finance within small companies and with Distribution and Licensing contracts.

  • Knowledge of Walloon Region non-dilutive means of financing is a plus.

  • Design of PCB (layout + schematic) with focus on power and analog functions.

Responsabilités :

En tant que Support Technique vous assurez le support et la maintenance de l’outil AutoTuner. Vous répondez aux questions techniques des utilisateurs dont vous êtes le contact principal. Vous évoluez dans une équipe de 6 personnes.

Vos principales responsabilités sont :
  • Effectuer le support technique de première ligne du produit AutoTuner.
  • Faire remonter les erreurs au niveau 2 ou 3 quand cela est pertinent.
  • Collaborer avec vos collègues pour proposer des solutions aux problèmes techniques des utilisateurs.
  • Documenter les erreurs techniques et leur méthode de résolution dans Confluence.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Lead FIGIEFA’s approach in all technical and ‘connected vehicle’ IT-related matters.
  • Participate in meetings (in Brussels or EU or at UNECE level) and take responsibility for the management of technical subjects and dossiers (e.g. telematics, EC type-approval legislation).

Research Associate – Cellular Assays Immuno-oncology

As Research Associate, you will work closely with a growing team of Research Associates and lab technicians. Primarily, the immune-oncology cellular assay team to conduct, optimize and validate a wide variety of existing and new functional assays and help our clients characterize their therapeutic candidates. In function of the projects, you will also work with the other teams focusing on other immunological applications. Technico-Commercial – Lubrifiants

Responsabilités :

En tant que Technico-Commercial, vous maintenez et développez les relations avec les clients existants et assurez la prospection et l’identification de nouvelles opportunités commerciales. Rapportant au Responsable Commercial, vous assurez le développement du chiffre d’affaires pour les produits de lubrification, pour l’usinage et pour le laminage.

Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients existant.
  • Prospecter activement sur le terrain de nouveaux clients.
  • Apporter un support et une expertise technique aux clients.
  • Maintenir des relations positives avec les clients et veiller à leur satisfaction.
  • Réaliser les objectifs de vente et contribuer à la croissance de la société.
  • Mener vos démarches dans le respect des objectifs de qualité, coûts et délais.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier et efficace de votre activité.
Profil :
  • Vous possédez un diplôme en Chimie, Mécanique, Commerce ou équivalent par expérience.
  • Vous démontrez de bonnes connaissances en mécanique et une bonne compréhension de la chimie
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience d’environ 5 ans dans une fonction comparable au sein d’un environnement industriel, idéalement dans les industries de process.
  • Vous possédez idéalement une bonne connaissance des machines-outils, de l’usinage et du laminage.
  • Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais (oral et écrit).
  • Vous avez d’excellentes compétences communicationnelles, relationnelles et commerciales.
  • Vous êtes autonome, orienté(e) qualité et avez le sens des responsabilités.
  • Vous êtes analytique, organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) clientèle et solutions.
  • Vous êtes disposé(e) à vous déplacement régulièrement en Belgique francophone.
