Responsibilities
In this role, you act as the main interface between IT and Engineering teams. You are responsible for managing and evolving the Engineering application landscape, leading cross-functional IT projects, coordinating an international team, and contributing to the overall governance and maturity of the IT department.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main interface between Engineering stakeholders and IT teams
- Manage and develop the Engineering IT application portfolio, including PLM, ALM, and engineering tools
- Coordinate and lead international teams across multiple locations
- Drive cross-functional IT projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and change management
- Ensure application performance and reliability through monitoring of SLA, KPI, and incidents
- Guarantee compliance with security standards, internal policies, and IT governance frameworks
- Define budgets, roadmaps, and resource planning for the Engineering IT scope
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and IT process maturity
Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field
- You have 5 to 7 years of experience in IT application management, project delivery, or domain leadership roles
- You have experience working with engineering or industrial environments and complex technical tools
- You demonstrate leadership and coordination skills, with exposure to international or cross-cultural teams
- You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You are structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, able to prioritize in a complex environment
