Unisensor is currently hiring a Marketing Manager to lead its global marketing strategy and operations. The role is based in Seraing (Belgium), with approximately 30% travel for client interactions, trade shows, and workshops.

Based in Seraing, Unisensor employs over 80 people, generates around €15 million in revenue, and operates in more than 60 countries through a combination of direct sales and an international distributor network.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, the Marketing Manager will define, structure, and execute Unisensor’s global marketing strategy. Leading a team of Product Managers, an Operational Marketing Specialist, and a Customer Success Manager, you will drive the evolution of marketing operations, enhance brand visibility, and accelerate commercial growth.

Your role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, including:

  1. Launching the e-commerce platform
  2. Optimizing Odoo CRM/ERP processes
  3. Leveraging marketing data to boost performance and generate leads

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing Unisensor’s global marketing strategy, fully aligned with growthobjectives and international expansion plans
  • Building and maintaining the product roadmap, translating market needs into actionablespecifications for R&D across Food Safety & Quality, Animal Health, and CDMO, and tracking go-to-market performance and product innovation
  • Leading the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, from design and launch to commercial activation, ensuring a seamless customer journey and measurable contribution to revenue
  • Driving digital and data-driven marketing initiatives, including marketing automation, performance campaigns, and advanced analytics to continuously optimize ROI and business impact
  • Managing Odoo CRM/ERP marketing operations, ensuring full alignment of CRM data, segmentation, lead management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Enabling both direct sales and distributor channels, providing effective marketing tools and programs to maximize commercial impact across all routes to market
  • Engaging customers and key opinion leaders, building strong relationships through events, workshops, and thought-leadership content
  • Monitoring marketing performance and reporting, developing dashboards and KPIs to trackpipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and marketing-driven revenue
  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • You have 10 years’ experience in B2B international marketing, in diagnostics or life sciences.
  • You communicate with clarity and influence, inspiring others through your leadership, while combining strategic vision with operational excellence.
  • You have a proven track record in digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
  • You are proficient in Odoo CRM/ERP to enhance performance and customer engagement.
  • You have strong data-driven mindset, you confidently leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent solutions to turn insights into strategic decisions.
  • You are fluent in English, and knowledge of French and/or other European languages is a plus
  • You are autonomous, structured, and thrive in an international environment, with ~30% travel
