Responsibilities
In this role, you will support series production activities by ensuring product conformity and robustness of assembly processes. You will act as a key interface between production and quality teams, contributing to issue resolution, process reliability, and continuous improvement in an industrial environment.
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure product conformity through the processing and follow-up of LUP
- Validate assembly tasks in the AMANDA system and draft DFC notices
- Monitor and steer QC Story Assembly activities
- Initiate provisional FOPs according to production needs
- Create, initialize and validate rework routings
- Define and monitor action plans to resolve assembly and AVES issues
- Analyze quality deviations and propose corrective actions
- Work closely with production, quality and methods teams
Profile
- You hold a technical background in mechanics, industrialization or a related field
- You are proficient in technical drawings and geometry interpretation
- You have experience with industrial and quality tools, such as Catia V5, AMANDA, LUP or similar systems
- You demonstrate rigor, autonomy and strong analytical skills
- You enjoy working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- You are comfortable in a structured and regulated industrial environment
