For one of its key clients located in the Liège area, we are actively looking for: E&I Engineer
Responsibilities
As an E&I Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, coordination, and technical follow-up of electrical and instrumentation systems, in close collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop the electrical consumer list and instrument list for the project
- Manage the I/O list based on P&ID diagrams, in collaboration with the process department
- Draft the technical specifications and documentation related to E&I scope
- Follow up on all technical aspects from contract award to on-site installation
- Act as the technical interface with the client during the project lifecycle
- Coordinate internal tasks (design, process, procurement) and external stakeholders (suppliers, subcontractors)
- Review and approve engineering drawings and documentation
- Work in an agile, multicultural team environment with a strong focus on ownership and collaboration
Profile
- You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Industrial Automation
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the industrial or energy sector
- You are fluent in English and comfortable using it in technical contexts
- You can read and interpret electrical schematics (LV/HV), automation architectures, and P&ID diagrams
- You demonstrate strong organization, critical thinking, rigor, and communication skills
- You enjoy working in international environments and within agile, solution-oriented teams
