To ensure their strong growth, we are looking for a Quality Engineer (M/F).
Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer, you drive process quality improvement in production and assembly, manage nonconformities, and support audits, all within a Lean Operating Model (LOM) framework. You report to the Factory Quality Manager.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Oversee internal nonconformities and assess the risks associated with requests for deviation, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
- Lead scrap analysis, addressing production quality issues, and ensuring improvement of operational quality.
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead corrective and preventive actions.
- Support internal audits and ensure process compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Operate within a framework shaped by the Lean Operating Model (LOM), ensuring that processes align with Lean principles such as efficiency, flow, and waste elimination.
Profile
- You hold at a master’s degree in (electromechanical, electricity or any relevant technical field) engineering.
- A first professional experience in quality (engineering) in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Young Graduated are welcome.
- You demonstrate experience in an industrial environment with high level of standard and quality.
- You are detail-oriented, analytical, solution-driven and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
