RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Engineer – Process Control, you play a central role in delivering projects related to automation, supervision, and human-machine interfaces. You are involved from the pre-project phase through to final delivery, ensuring technical quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you actively contribute to the development of the Process Control product line across a variety of demanding industrial sectors.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the department’s budgeting and supporting strategic objectives
  • Analyzing specifications and proposing appropriate, innovative technical solutions
  • Estimating project costs while balancing customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Taking full technical and financial ownership of projects from A to Z
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders: clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Organizing and leading technical and follow-up meetings with clients
  • Developing long-term, profitable, and trust-based relationships with partners
  • Motivating and supporting teams with a strong collaborative dynamic
  • Participating in strategic monitoring to evolve the offer and anticipate market needs

PROFILE

  • You hold an engineering degree (Master’s level or equivalent through experience), with a specialization in automation, control systems, or electrical engineering
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in industrial automation projects
  • You are proficient in technical environments and have solid knowledge of industrial processes
  • You have hands-on experience with automation systems such as Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider
  • You enjoy being involved in the early phases of a project — cost estimation and pre-sales energize and motivate you
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust
  • As a natural leader and trusted professional, you are recognized for your rigor, commitment, and ability to unite and guide teams
  • You are willing to travel occasionally within the region depending on project needs
