RESPONSIBILITIES
As an administrative and financial assistant (M/F/X), you will report directly to the Finance Department and play a key role in the administrative, financial and logistical management of the company.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- General administrative management: Perform secretarial tasks (reception, email management, supplies) and coordinate administration between the head office and subsidiaries.
- Operational financial support: Preparing and tracking sales invoices, receiving and validating incoming invoices, carrying out certain financial operations in conjunction with management, and liaising with the accounting firm.
- Banking and accounting monitoring: Entering bank statements, performing reconciliations and ensuring that financial documents are properly maintained.
- Sales administration: Acts as a link between customers, sales representatives, subsidiaries and factories for order tracking, complaint management and sales support.
- Logistics coordination: Organises the shipment of samples and goods, tracks shipments with carriers and ensures customs compliance.
- Internal event organisation: Coordinates the logistics and administration of strategic meetings, general meetings, team-building events and company parties.
- Travel and sales event support: Organises business trips and participates in the logistical preparation of sales events.
PROFILE
- You have a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- You are fluent in French and have a good level of English.
- You are comfortable with MS Office tools and have good interpersonal skills.
- You are organised and structured, and you demonstrate great rigour in your work.
- You are versatile and proactive in the face of the unexpected.
- You work independently within a team and are proactive in making suggestions.
- You enjoy working in an international environment.
