For one of its key clients located on the Dutch-Belgian border, we are actively looking for a Maintenance Field Planner E&I.
Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Field Planner E&I, you will be responsible for the preparation, planning, and follow-up of electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities in the field. Your role ensures that all technical interventions are properly scheduled, coordinated, and executed with a high level of safety and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and document field work instructions for E&I activities.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and supervisors on the execution of maintenance tasks.
- Develop detailed schedules and planning for maintenance interventions.
- Ensure proper resource allocation (tools, materials, personnel) for all planned activities.
- Monitor compliance with HSE guidelines and operational procedures.
- Collect technical input from the field and incorporate it into updated work plans.
- Track the progress of ongoing interventions and adjust the planning if needed.
- Liaise with stakeholders across departments to ensure technical alignment and follow-up.
Profile
- You hold a technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in work preparation or field planning within the industrial sector.
- You possess a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems and instrumentation.
- You demonstrate strong planning and coordination skills in technical environments.
- You are familiar with safety standards and operations in a (petro)chemical context.
- You communicate clearly with both field technicians and project engineers.
