Our client is an engineering consultancy specialized in the field of numerical simulation.

For one of its key clients located in the Liège area, we are actively looking for : HR Digital Systems Coordinator.


Responsibilities

As a key interface between the HR functional teams and SAP technical teams, your mission is to analyze business needs, design appropriate SAP SuccessFactors (SF) solutions, and ensure seamless implementation across HRIS domains.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a liaison between HR business stakeholders and SAP teams, translating needs into functional specifications
  • Lead the analysis and design of solutions within SAP SuccessFactors, primarily Employee Central
  • Coordinate the deployment of new functionalities and system updates across the HRIS landscape
  • Ensure compliance with internal norms, standards, and best practices in system implementation
  • Support integration activities with SAP ECC or S/4HANA and ensure data consistency
  • Collaborate with offshore development teams (India) to monitor progress and validate deliverables
  • Provide support to key users during testing and post-go-live phases
  • Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement

Profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • You have 7 to 10 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst
  • You possess solid HR knowledge gained through experience as a user or key-user, not just a consultant
  • You are familiar with other SF modules: LMS, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance & Goals
  • You understand HR processes and their integration with SAP ECC or S/4
  • You have worked in coordination with offshore teams
  • You speak French and English fluently, both written and spoken
  • You demonstrate analytical thinking, autonomy, strong communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
