Responsabilities

As part of the Engineering Department, you will contribute to the design and development of precision mechanical components used in armament applications. You will work in a demanding industrial context, complying with strict technical, safety, and confidentiality requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce detailed technical drawings for mechanical parts and assemblies
  • Apply and manage tolerance stack-ups and ISO-GPS tolerancing principles
  • Design and model components using 3D CAD tools
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and methods teams
  • Integrate technical, regulatory, and safety constraints specific to the defense sector
  • Ensure proper technical documentation and traceability
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing designs and processes
  • Progressively evolve toward broader design and product development responsibilities

Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification
  • You ideally have 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment (defense, aerospace, aeronautics, etc.)
  • You are proficient in 3D CAD software, preferably Creo, or willing to be trained on it
  • You demonstrate strong expertise in mechanical design, including tolerance analysis, technical drawings, and ISO-GPS standards
  • You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a strong team spirit
  • You are fluent in French and/or English and able to work in a confidential, highly regulated environment
