To ensure Transrad's growth, we are looking for an ADR Driver (CE Licence) – International.

Responsibilities

As a Driver, you will be responsible for high-demand specialised transport, mainly international, from Belgium to various European countries. You will represent Transrad in the field and guarantee impeccable service to customers, partners and authorities. Your daily tasks will combine driving, safety, ADR compliance and administrative management, with the support of an experienced operational team.

Your main tasks will be as follows :

  • Carrying out international transport (single and double crew) in heavy goods vehicles and/or vans, depending on the assignment.
  • Ensuring the ADR transport of radioactive/nuclear materials to ports, stations, industrial sites or end customers.
  • Strictly applying safety procedures and regulatory requirements related to specialised transport.
  • Checking the condition of the vehicle, materials and specific equipment before and during trips.
  • Managing loading and unloading in accordance with instructions, deadlines and any waiting times.
  • Maintaining fluid communication with the dispatch team and reporting any special situations.
  • Interact professionally with the authorities (police, inspectors, relevant bodies).
  • Complete and check all transport documentation (documents, checklists, traceability) accurately..

Profile

  • You have a valid CE licence and have passed a medical examination.
  • You hold ADR qualifications and have experience in ADR transport (class 7 is a major asset).
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English; ideally, you also have a basic knowledge of German.
  • You are thorough, reliable and demonstrate impeccable integrity in your work.
  • You remain calm and professional in all circumstances, including during checks or unexpected events.
  • You are flexible and willing to work a variable schedule, including overnight stays and assignments abroad, which may regularly include weekends.
