As Chief Business Officer, you play a central role in defining and executing the Business Development strategy. You structure, lead, and grow an international sales team with a strong growth mindset. As a true driver of development, you act across sales management, process optimization, and the implementation of a segmented, performance-oriented approach.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Deploy the growth strategy across priority markets.
- Structure and develop the team by fostering a culture of performance, transparency, and engagement.
- Strengthen commercial rigor by optimizing pipeline, forecasting, and processes.
- Get involved in strategic deals and support teams on high-value opportunities.
- Segment the market and tailor the sales pitch to different customer types.

Profile
- You have 10 years of experience and expertise in the cosmetics industry.
- You bring strong international B2B business development experience.
- You are skilled in team management and know how to develop skills, autonomy, and both individual and collective performance.
- You excel at structuring action plans, analyzing commercial data, and strategic prioritization.
- You demonstrate strong, results-driven leadership and possess excellent communication and simplification skills.
- You are fluent in French and English and thrive in a demanding, international environment.
