To support our client's continued growth, we are currently looking for a Quality Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Quality Assurance, you will report to the Quality Manager and play a key role in deploying the company’s quality policy at the production site.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily administrative tasks of the Quality department.
  • Acting as the main quality contact for customers: handling requests, non-conformities, and complaints.
  • Managing the approval process for new suppliers and raw materials.
  • Handling specifications, customer requirements, and platform updates.
  • Drafting and updating technical sheets for finished products.
  • Creating and updating product packaging and labels.
  • Participating in the risk assessment of raw materials.
  • Actively contributing to the HACCP approach and hazard analysis.
  • Participating in quality audits (IFS, BRC, RSPO, customer audits...).

PROFILE

  • You have training or experience in Quality within an industrial environment, ideally in the food sector.
  • You possess strong administrative and document management skills.
  • You are familiar with Belgian, European, and export food regulations.
  • You have practical knowledge of HACCP, BRC and IFS standards, and hygiene best practices.
  • You are rigorous, autonomous, flexible, and able to manage priorities effectively.
  • You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite).
