Today, Unisensor is accelerating its growth, driven by innovation, new product launches, and strong international ambitions. As part of this expansion, the company is strengthening its sales organization across EMEA.

Unisensor is currently hiring two Sales Managers EMEA: one covering Northern Europe and one Southern Europe. The exact scope will depend on the candidate’s location and experience. The role involves approximately 50% travel across the region.

Based in Seraing, Unisensor employs over 80 people, generates around €15 million in revenue, andoperates in more than 60 countries through a combination of direct sales and an international distributor network.

Responsibilities

In a context of strong growth and market structuring across the EMEA region, you will play a key role in driving Unisensor’s commercial performance. Acting as a true business owner for your territory, you will combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to develop markets, structure distribution, and drive both direct and indirect sales, delivering sustainable growth.

Initially an individual contributor role, with potential to lead and expand an existing team over time.

  • Defining, monitoring, and managing sales forecasts, pipeline health, and performance using CRM and structured reporting
  • Driving pricing discipline and actively protecting margins in line with company objectives
  • Establishing and tracking distributor KPIs, conducting regular business reviews, and implementing corrective actions when needed
  • Leading market development initiatives and prioritizing territories, segments, and key accounts based on growth potential
  • Analyzing market data, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to support strategicdecision-making
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, regulatory, and operations teams to address market and customer needs
  • Building and structuring an effective sales approach combining direct sales and distributor networks within your territory
  • Managing and developing regional distributors to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Engaging with key opinion leaders and contributing to strengthening industry positioning
  • Defining and managing the budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and taking corrective actions when required
  • Managing customer relationships and addressing first-level technical inquiries

Clear objectives will be defined for the first 6 to 12 months, with a strong focus on pipeline build-up, distributor performance, and revenue growth. The role offers a high level of autonomy, particularly in distributor selection, commercial negotiations, and territory prioritization, while benefiting fromstrong support from internal teams (technical, marketing, and corporate accounts).

Profile

  • You hold a scientific, technical degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You have min. 5 years’ experience in a international B2B sales role, ideally in food diagnostics.
  • You combine a hunter and farmer mindset, with a strong focus on results and BD.
  • You are comfortable in using performance management tools (CRM, KPIs)
  • You are fluent in English and ideally speak a second European language : Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, etc. French is a plus.
  • You are autonomous, structured, and open to international environment.
