RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Process Engineer, your role is to develop, coordinate and improve production processes. You are also responsible for implementing new processes for assembly and manufacturing lines.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Monitor the manufacture and assembly of finished products in accordance with the production schedule and safety, quality and efficiency standards.
  • Develop and implement new production processes in consultation with the teams and your manager.
  • Serving as a technical reference for machines and processes.
  • Developing preventive maintenance plans in collaboration with the maintenance department.
  • Write and update work and safety instructions.
  • Ensure regular presence on site to improve communication between operators and propose solutions to production problems related to scheduling and planning.
  • Constantly strive to improve productivity (by seeking ways to increase production capacity and product quality) in order to manage growth while maintaining a positive working environment.
  • Report to the Process Manager.

PROFILE

  • You have a Master's degree in Engineering (ideally in electromechanics or electricity). Junior applicants are welcome.
  • Ideally, you have some initial experience in an industrial environment.
  • You have good knowledge of electromechanics, electrical engineering, automation, or
  • electronics.
  • You are fluent in French and have a very good knowledge of English.
  • Versatility, team spirit, good communication skills, leadership.
  • Analytical skills, structure, and results-oriented.
