Our client is a company specialized in technical solutions and large-scale project management within the fields of infrastructure and networks.

Renowned for its operational expertise, the company manages complex projects that combine electricity, construction, and engineering.

To support its growth, we are currently seeking a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will oversee the projects entrusted to you, ensuring their technical, financial, and human success in line with client commitments.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the technical, contractual, and financial aspects of each project.
  • Planning the human, material, and logistical resources needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs and profitability.
  • Preparing price offers and ensuring the timely payment of client invoices.
  • Overseeing site execution and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Managing client relationships from the design phase through to project delivery.
  • Monitoring financial indicators and ensuring the achievement of profitability targets.
  • Leading and motivating field teams with a spirit of collaboration and performance.

Profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree or an engineering diploma, ideally in project management, electrical engineering, or construction.
  • You have proven experience in managing technical or industrial projects.
  • You are proficient in project management tools and software (ERP, MS Project, Excel, etc.).
  • You demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • You communicate easily with diverse stakeholders (clients, teams, partners).
  • You work with autonomy, rigor, and accountability in a demanding environment.
