To support its growth, we are currently seeking a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will oversee the projects entrusted to you, ensuring their technical, financial, and human success in line with client commitments.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Analyzing the technical, contractual, and financial aspects of each project.
- Planning the human, material, and logistical resources needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs and profitability.
- Preparing price offers and ensuring the timely payment of client invoices.
- Overseeing site execution and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Managing client relationships from the design phase through to project delivery.
- Monitoring financial indicators and ensuring the achievement of profitability targets.
- Leading and motivating field teams with a spirit of collaboration and performance.
Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree or an engineering diploma, ideally in project management, electrical engineering, or construction.
- You have proven experience in managing technical or industrial projects.
- You are proficient in project management tools and software (ERP, MS Project, Excel, etc.).
- You demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- You communicate easily with diverse stakeholders (clients, teams, partners).
- You work with autonomy, rigor, and accountability in a demanding environment.
