Responsibilities

As Sales & Growth Director, you play a central role in defining and executing the commercial strategy. You structure, guide, and develop an international sales team while fostering a strong growth dynamic.

As a true driver of development, you act on sales management, process optimization, and implementing a segmented, performance-oriented approach.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Deploying the strategic vision and commercial plan to accelerate growth across all priority markets.
  • Structuring and growing a team of around ten members, fostering a culture of performance, transparency, and collective engagement.
  • Optimizing the pipeline, forecasting, and internal processes to ensure solid and predictable commercial execution.
  • Participating in key negotiations and supporting teams in high-value strategic opportunities.
  • Identifying promising segments and adapting the commercial approach to the specific needs of each client type.

  • Collaborating with scientific, operational, and marketing teams to support the development of new services and strengthen overall coherence.
  • Enhancing commercial marketing and thought leadership to increase visibility and client acquisition.
  • Elevating the client experience through a structured approach to follow-up, retention, and long-term value management.

Profile

  • You have 10 to 15 years of sales experience in the cosmetics sector.
  • You bring proven experience in business development and international growth.
  • You are skilled in managing sales teams and know how to develop skills, autonomy, and both individual and collective performance.
  • You excel in structuring action plans, analyzing commercial data, and prioritizing strategically.
  • You demonstrate inspiring, results-oriented leadership and possess excellent communication and simplification skills.
  • You are fluent in French and English and comfortable working in a demanding international environment.
