To ensure their strong growth, we are looking for a Service Engineer - Energy (M/F).
Responsibilities
As a Service Engineer in the after-sales service team, your main responsibilities are:
- Provide installation and after-sales support for our range of products, distributed worldwide.
- After a sound product training, engage in tasks such as commissioning, repairing, and maintenance of highly technical products.
- Carry out a wide variety of tasks, including: on-site interventions, project documentation, remote customer support, post-failure investigations, network measurements, spare parts selection, customer training, and supporting sales and project management teams.
- Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers.
- Collaborating and networking with colleagues, sharing best practice.
- Embrace the company's values of safety, integrity, and accountability.
Profile
- Electrical/Electromechanical Engineer or equivalent experience.
- Min. 3 years of field experience, ideally in an industrial production environment.
- Skills in troubleshooting, electrotechnics and interest or knowledge in the field of power factor correction, harmonic filtration, mechanics and thermal management.
- Willingness to travel and work abroad, or work with local service teams for remote support.
- Customer orientation, strong interpersonal skills, good communication, flexibility, autonomy.
- Fluency in English, French is a plus.
