As a Methods Technician, you are involved in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes as well as in their validation. You are the field relay and communicate in a structured manner. You report directly to the Method & Process Project Manager.
● You write/verify operating procedures to ensure the smooth running of manufacturing operations;
● You actively participate in the training of the production staff;
● You are a driving force behind the optimization of production technologies (tooling needs, production flow, workstation improvement, rate, profitability, etc.);
● You actively participate in continuous improvement projects;
● You ensure collaboration with the Production Supervisor;
● You apply the procedures of the Quality Management System.
● You have a Bachelor degree in electromechanics or equivalent by experience;
● You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
● You have a good command of English and French;
● You master MS Office;
● You have a good knowledge of CAD tools such as SolidWorks;
● You are a team player, have initiative and like to make decisions;
● You are synthetic and analytical.
