In this context, the organization is looking for a Procurement Lead.
Responsibilities
In a context of organizational transformation and reinforcement of the local procurement team, you play a key role in aligning group procurement strategy with site operational needs. You lead a team and actively contribute to the overall performance of the procurement function.
- Manage a team of buyers by providing strong and structured leadership `
- Act as the key interface between group procurement strategy, lead buyers, and site operations
- Animate local procurement activities and ensure effective coordination with internal stakeholders and prescribers
- Align global procurement strategy with operational needs while ensuring local execution consistency
- Drive procurement performance through budget monitoring, SLA tracking, and supplier risk management
- Manage critical suppliers, including audits and corrective action plan follow-up
- Lead complex contractual negotiations to ensure cost, quality, and delivery optimization
- Optimize and structure procurement tools, processes, and standards (SAP, catalogues, contract management)
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, ethical guidelines, and internal procurement policies
- Support ongoing transformation by bringing structure, stability, and continuous improvement to a changing environment
Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in Procurement, Business, or Management
- You have proven experience in procurement and team management, ideally within an industrial environment
- You are proficient in SAP and familiar with contractual management fundamentals
- You are fluent in French and have a professional level of English (C1 or strong B2)
- You demonstrate natural leadership, assertiveness, and the ability to engage and align teams
- You show strong analytical skills, rigor, and a solution-oriented mindset in complex environments
