To help them grow, we are looking for new Back-end Developers to join the team.
Responsibilities
As a Back-end Developer, you actively contribute to the growth and reliability of the digital health platform.
Your main responsibilities are :
- Build robust and maintainable back-end services in Python and Django, working closely with the Engineering team and Product Managers.
- Design and evolve RESTful APIs to power the front-end, mobile applications, and third-party partner integrations.
- Identifiy performance bottlenecks and implement targeted optimizations to ensure scalability and a smooth user experience.
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions to maintain the platform's evolvability and robustness across development cycles.
- Enforce security best practices and ensure the integrity of sensitive health data in compliance with applicable regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Automate recurring workflows for the medical, billing, and sales teams to support the company's rapid growth.
- Develop and maintain the internal patient management platform, including monitoring tools and telehealth services (video conferencing, secure messaging).
- Manage integrations with external partner APIs and ensure reliable data synchronization in complex environments.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or have equivalent professional experience.
- You have 5+ years of professional experience as a Back-end Developer.
- You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python.
- You are proficient with Django, including the Django REST Framework.
- You have experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- You have a strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You speak French and English.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, cybersecurity and in a start-up environement is a plus.
