CUSTOMER CARE & SALES REPRESENTATIVE BENELUX — B2B INDUSTRY (M/F/X).
Responsabilities
As customer care & sales representative benelux you will contribute to the commercial development of an international company active in the distribution of technical solutions and raw materials for B2B industrial customers.
Your role will consist of supporting and developing customer relationships across the Benelux region, identifying commercial opportunities, ensuring smooth order follow-up, and working closely with internal teams to provide high-quality service to customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers across the Benelux region.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular and proactive communication.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Qualifying leads and converting prospects into active accounts, in line with the commercialobjectives of the region.
- Preparing and following up on commercial offers and quotations, in accordance with internal pricing guidelines.
- Negotiating commercial terms and following up on outstanding offers in order to close deals.
- Processing and following up on customer orders, in coordination with operations and logistics teams.
- Ensuring accurate and timely communication regarding order status, delivery timelines, pricing, and customer requests.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across the Benelux region.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, commercial support, or a similar B2B sales role.
- You have proven ability to manage customer relationships and contribute to the achievement of commercial targets.
- Experience in the distribution of chemical products, raw materials, industrial ingredients, or technical B2B solutions is a strong asset.
- You are comfortable working with customers across the Benelux market and enjoy building long-term business relationships.
- You have strong skills in customer follow-up, commercial communication, quotation management, negotiation, and sales administration.
- You are comfortable working with CRM tools and ERP or order management systems.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French is a strong asset for the Benelux market.
