CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (M/F/X)

Responsibilities

As a member of the Executive Committee, the CFO will play a key role in defining and executing the Group’s financial strategy. Acting as a strategic business partner, you will support sustainable growth, guide investment decisions and provide management with clear financial insights to drive performance.

You will lead the finance function and oversee financial management, reporting, tax, legal matters, internal control, governance and risk management. You will also contribute to maintaining a strong culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating business objectives into financial strategies and action plans;
  • Leading financial planning, reporting, performance management and decision-support processes;
  • Providing Executive Management and the Board with strategic analyses and recommendations;
  • Supporting strategic projects, investments and value creation opportunities;
  • Strengthening financial governance, internal controls and risk management frameworks to secure operations and ensure compliance across the organization;
  • Managing relationships with auditors, banks, insurance partners and external advisors;
  • Ensuring alignment with quality, safety and internal standards while promoting continuous improvement;
  • Leading and developing the finance team while fostering collaboration across the organization.

Profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 20 years of experience in finance, including experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and developing finance teams.
  • Experience in financial strategy, performance management and business partnering.
  • Experience in international and complex environments, within an industrial group.
  • Strategic vision with hands-on operational involvement.
  • Strong business acumen and able to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Familiar with ERP systems and structured financial processes.
  • Fluent in French and have a professional command of English (minimum C1 level).
